By accessing or using ClawsMarket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawsMarket provides curated tools, skills, and professional AI workflows. Tools and skills are provided free of charge. Workflows are available through subscription tiers: Self-hosted, Managed, and White-glove.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

All workflows include a free trial period as listed on the Pricing page. After the trial, workflows are billed monthly at the price listed on each workflow page. No credit card is required to start. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Tools and Skills

Tools listed on the Service are third-party APIs and integrations curated by ClawsMarket. We provide documentation and compatibility information but do not control or guarantee third-party services. Skills are open-source capabilities distributed under their respective licenses.

5. Intellectual Property

All workflow tiers provide access to a hosted service for the duration of your subscription. No source code is provided. Workflow orchestration logic, prompts, and scoring algorithms are proprietary. You may configure workflows via the provided API.

6. Data Ownership

You own all data generated through your use of any workflow. We host your data and will provide a full export upon request or cancellation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws, or to attempt to compromise the security of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI workflows may produce errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
